Sprouts are real flavor enhancers and incredibly versatile. You can use them right out of the package—nice and easy! Most sprouts are best enjoyed raw. Purely natural, full of flavor, and packed with energy. Our sprouts grow on nothing more than water. No fuss, no nonsense, just pure nature.

Add them raw to your salad, sandwich, wrap, or smoothie. They also add a fresh crunch to hot dishes, such as soups, stir-fries, or pastas. Tip: add them at the end to keep them nice and crunchy and preserve their nutrients.

STORAGE TIPS

• Always store sprouts refrigerated between 2°C
  and 7°C.

• Leave them in their original, sealed container 
  packaging until use.

• Once opened? Place the sprouts in a
  scale with breathable foil or a
  Resealable packaging. So
  they stay for 2 to 3 days
  super fresh and tasty.

• Please note: sprouts are not suitable for
  to freeze.
